I can honestly say that this is the EASIEST omelet I have ever made. And, that is to be attributed to the amazing Swiss Diamond 11″ pan that Swiss Diamond gave me. I can’t say enough good about it!
It is safely non-stick. It has a vented glass lid. And, did I mention that nothing sticks to it? I am ready to gather the rest of the Swiss Diamond collections pans and complete my set.
This omelet was not only easy to make due to the Swiss Diamond Pan, but it is delicious. Filled with sausage, peppers and onions, it is satisfying, and so good for you. And, it can be made in minutes.

Here is what I did with this great pan!
Sausage and Pepper Omelet
Ingredients
3 eggs, whisked until combined
3 links Sausage, chopped
¼ cup Peppers, diced
¼ cup Onions, diced
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
¼ cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Sauté your sausage and set it aside.
- Season the veggies (including parsley, reserve a bit for garnish) with salt and pepper and sauté the veggies until tender.
- Add veggies to the sausage and set aside
- Wipe out your pan and add ½ teaspoon oil.
- Pour in your whisked eggs and swirl around the pan until the bottom of the pan is covered.
- Cook on low for a minute or two until the edges are solidified and the middle starts to become more solid.
- Flip the omelet and cook on the 2nd side for a minute and put on the plate.
- Top with sausage and veggies and roll veggies inside of the omelet.
- Top with chopped parsley
