Garlic Parmesan Broccoli:
First, go to the refrigerator and grab that mason jar of pre-prepped broccoli ๐
Next, heat your dutch oven or skillet, and drizzle 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil in the bottom. To the Olive Oil, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add your broccoli to the pan.
Now, press 4 cloves of garlic on top of the broccoli and saute for until you get a little color on your broccoli. Then, add 1/2 cup of water and some salt and pepper.
Cook until the broccoli is tender, but not mushy. This takes about 7 minutes. Remove from pan and top with shredded parmesan cheese. I covered ours with foil while the rest of dinner finished up and the cheese was nice and melty on top of the broccoli. This is a sure way to help those who don’t enjoy broccoli to eat it and possibly enjoy it. ๐
