Beware…this frosting is really tasty! It pairs well with chocolate, yellow, marble or white cupcakes and is equally as good on banana bread or graham crackers. And, it is super easy to make. It is also made with all fresh ingredients and no chemicals. I am pretty sure we don’t even want to know what is in those little cans of frosting at the grocery store.
Ingredients:
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 of a 15 ounce jar of Natural Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions:
Add all ingredients, in the order on the list, (to help your powdered sugar stay in the bowl when you turn it on) into your mixer bowl. Using the whisk attachment, beat on low for 30 seconds and then on medium for 2 minutes or until fluffy and smooth. Find whatever you can to frost with this frosting! It will be a hit…at least that has been my experience. 🙂 This frosting also stores in your refrigerator for a week or so. Leave out on the counter for 20 minutes to soften before using.
