Blistered Garlic Green Beans

Blistered Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb. Green Beans, trimmed

½ cup Water

4 Cloves Garlic, minced

1/3 cup Ghee

Instructions

  • In a wide sauté pan, add green beans and water. Cover loosely
  • Cook on medium until water evaporates and green beans begin to soften.
  • Add in ghee and set heat to high leaving green beans alone for a minute or so.
  • Toss green beans to cook the other side until they have some color on them.
  • Lower heat to medium and add in garlic and stir…cook for an additional minute or two without burning the garlic.
  • Serve!
