A healthy dose of garlic, simple ingredients, quick cooking and full of flavor. What more could you ask for?
Here is what I did:
Blistered Garlic Green Beans
Ingredients
Scale
1 lb. Green Beans, trimmed
½ cup Water
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Ghee
Instructions
- In a wide sauté pan, add green beans and water. Cover loosely
- Cook on medium until water evaporates and green beans begin to soften.
- Add in ghee and set heat to high leaving green beans alone for a minute or so.
- Toss green beans to cook the other side until they have some color on them.
- Lower heat to medium and add in garlic and stir…cook for an additional minute or two without burning the garlic.
- Serve!
