1 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 pinches Red Pepper Flakes
¾ cup Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1 Lemon, juiced
1 glove Garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger
½ cup water
Combine all ingredients except water into a small saucepan.
Whisk to combine.
Add in enough water to bring the peanut sauce to the consistency you want.
Serve with rice or chicken skewers or use as a base for a salad dressing.
