Doubled Eggs are a favorite in our family…both in our home and with my brothers and sister and parents. They are welcomed and quickly gobbled up at any gathering and so, so easy to make.
I just made them for a Thanksgiving appetizer and this time it was even easier…I used my KitchenAid Mixer to make the yolk mixture extra smooth and fluffy and it was SO good!! I had the joy of hosting our family thanksgiving this year in our new home. My parents stayed with us for a few days and one of my brothers and his family stayed in a nearby hotel and spend the days with us. It was SO much fun! We did everything from golfing in our yard (my husband made two holes!) to watching movies to running around our property with our big dog.
My husband smokes our turkey every year and we make TONS of side dishes…this year we decided to start the turkey a little later and enjoy some appetizers before our big meal. One of the first treats on the list was these doubled eggs…they were gone in minutes. 🙂
