12 ounces Broccoli Slaw with carrots
3 Green Onions, sliced thin
1 cup Cilantro, roughly chopped
½ cup salted Sunflower Seed Kernels
½ cup mayo
2 tablespoons, Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Pepper
In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, onions, cilantro, and sunflower seeds and set aside.
In another bowl add the mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey and pepper and whisk until combined.
Pour dressing over broccoli slaw and stir until combined.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
