Robin’s Wife has taken the challenge! I was given two bags of Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries to create recipes for Cape Cod Select’s contest. Let me tell you, cranberries are a favorite with me and these cranberries…they are top notch!
First, they are frozen! Year. Around. Cranberries. Total game changer!
And, look at this color!
Isn’t it amazing???
I really wanted to taste the cranberries in this drink…not just a little, but a lot. And…I wanted some texture as well…so, I pulsed the cranberries with the sugar and then added them all in! So good!
The rim of the glass is also rimmed in this delicious cranberry sugar!
For the fizz, I used sparkling water in this drink, but it would also be delicious with sparkling wine or champagne.
