Butterscotch Toffee Oatmeal Cookies and #OXOGoodCookies

This past week I was inspired to make a cookie to kick off the fall season and these Butterscotch Toffee Oatmeal Cookies fit the bill! Butterscotch, toffee, pecans and oatmeal…score!

Today I am partnering with OXOGoodCookies in their Cookies for Kids Cancer Program. It is an honor to work with this great company! They even sent me some of their amazing kitchen tools as part of the program…you can see these products at the end of the post…they are so durable and essential tools in the kitchen!

Back to the cookies…These Butterscotch Toffee Oatmeal Cookies smelled delicious as they were baking! They came out of the oven chewy on the inside with a crispy exterior…and did I mention that they smelled delicious…really, they did! We all dove right in!

The whole wheat flour and oatmeal make me feel good about feeding my children cookies…a little more substance, especially my sweet 2-year-old. I like to make his calories count since they fill up so quickly at that age.

These would also be great with peanut butter chips and peanuts and maybe some dried fruit…hmmmm might try that next!

Look at my happy children…these cookies are a hit!
